QWOP is a reliable seller in the Mall, but why?? It has a very harsh negative effect that lasts 2x adventures it gives. So is there an actual use for it in-game, or am I just being blind to something obvious?

A bag of QWOP provides 5 adventures for 1 fullness, at a cost of 1200 meat. Using a soft green echo eyedrop antidote to remove the negative effect costs 236 meat, and it is also possible to use combat strategies that succeed with it present. Other 5+ adventures for 1 fullness foods usually cost 3500-4000 meat (or more). I believe the cost effectiveness would be the reason for its mall sales.

For those with access to the clan VIP room, you can even use the full healer in there to get rid of the effect.

And even without a key, as mentioned, you can SGEEA it away. If you're a super-duper newbie then maybe, yeah, you can't afford to do that each day. (Because even if it was five years ago, I remember when getting enough meat to buy a mall store was a big deal.) So, sure, if you're in your first month of playing then it's an issue. But for anyone who's beyond that, an SGEEA is super cheap in the mall. (Also, if someone is that new, there are plenty of good alternatives that are cheaper that will still get enough turns to play a lot.) It's not the best food out there, but it packs a helluva punch for somone looking to get a lot of turns when on a budget. Even spellslingers like winning initiative, though.

I like to sell it in the mall to get back all the meat I paid for my Camp Scout Backpack.

It'd be useful for someone wearing the Clockwork Apparatus too, although there's not much reason to do that except for fun.

All purpose soap drops before QWOP does and you can remove the effect with it.

Also, it makes you think really hard about what a wonderful dance the neuromuscular coordination of running and balance is. QWOP has definitely improved my form in real life. Once I built up that giant callus on my knee I can now go practically anywhere without falling down and breaking a bone.
